「Hotel rooms have nice view of the hills. However it’s very hard to access the hotel. It’s inside an alleyway off Mall Road and no cars are allowed. We had to find and hire a coolie to carry our luggage. The mini fridge in the room did not work. The breakfast and high tea were ok. Staff is nice and helpful. Not too many good restaurants in this area of Mall Road.」

「This was one of the most amazing experiences in Uttarakhand. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the owner was cordial and very helpful over the phone. 「It’s a low maintained property, staff is neutral. Geyser in 1 washroom didn’t work and another washroom had water leakage. Both rooms were wet when we checked in and after taking shower rooms were filled with water. Breakfast was average.」
