"The hotel is just ok, well located but wasn’t a real remodelation, the lobby and entry is huge but not the rooms, are smaller than the pictures. We request a refrigerator (by the way they charge $40 for this), and we are still waiting, I did three requests but never was deliver to the room. The blower in the bathroom is a joke (only works for a doll), the cleaning lady leave the trash in the middle of the room. If you looking for a decent hotel in Times Square, this is an option, but not recommended for long stays. The regular rooms don’t have a desk, so no space to eat in the room, the lobby employee were very nice but if at the end, the fridge was never delivered, then the service was bad. The elevators are another nightmare, sometimes only 2 works, and 1 was always off, so during the morning and night, the waiting can be long. Two of the elevators are “smart”, and two regular one, so the hotel wasn’t like brand new, just some paint and new carpet."
