「When we arrived, it was getting cold. The room was present but cold. There was no attempt to put the heating on untill a complaint was made. And there was no heat in the bathroom the next morning. I was charged an extra £20 for the room. Breakfast was average of poor quality.」

「Positives were the parking and the helpful member of staff I encountered. But the building is in major need of an overhaul, as you walk through there is a smell of damp and everything is very retro. No room keys/cards it’s a pin entry system on each bedroom and has a prison feel to it. Overall fine for a one night stay but I wouldn’t want to have a week based out of Tor Park.」

「The staff at this hotel were so friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is in a fantastic location - just minutes from the beach and short walk to the town centre. The bus route allowed us to get to all attractions easily, and the hotel has a lovely park with mini golf next door. The pool is tad small at probably about 10-12 metres, and the Sian and steam room not that hot but still good to have the facilities.
