"No checkin staff, had to find cleaner and she didnt speak english or japanese,. Beds where 2 flat futons, heating doesnt start till 5pm, it was freezing in the building, internet doesnt work and towel was very small and thin, not for drying bigger bodies,had to go buy some towels kitchen is small microwave not as pictured, just 2 very thin futons,no heating"

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the station. Our room was spacious, and the view overlooking the town was absolutely stunning. The outdoor hot spring was the highlight of our stay. The staff spoke English well and were incredibly friendly and helpful.
