「Beautiful view of the Yampa River off the balcony. Air conditioner worked amazing in 99 degree weather. Staff is very attentive, friendly and open to any questions or concerns. Beds were super super comfy, shower was also great. Great location within walking distance to everything in steamboat.」

「How tub was out of service. Motel was in a great place right on the Main Street in town. Beds were comfortable. Overall, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. It was a great location for our family.」

「Room was clean and plenty of space. Well equipped with kitchen supplies. Pool area is beautiful and fun atmosphere along with the gym facilities. Perfect location for base activities and a free shuttle into town.」

「Very basic room, with microwave and mini-fridge. Very clean. A great value for the price in a very expensive area. I would stay there again. Breakfast was simple but completely adequate.」

「Not a full service hotel but they charged for parking. It’s only $12 a day but a complete joke. Parking lot was not even close to full. Needs some work if you’re going to charge for it. No elevator but it’s only a two story hotel. All I have to say is you get what you pay for!」

「Located downtown Steamboat, this location is extremely walkable. The room was clean, the staff nice, and the hot tub was great. Parking is limited, but we didn't have an issue.」

「Hotel was new! Room was very nice, but the stool in bathroom did not work and the staff had know where to move us. Rooms telephone did not work to reach the front desk so had to take elevator to ask for maintenance to come. Maintenance does not work in the evening!! Hotel refunded our parking fee, but charged us full room rate of over $300.00 and a $20.00 surcharge….probably not going to recommend.」

「Loved the amenities. The hotel was so unique. The game room was perfect for family. We were in for my son’s wedding and were able to use the outdoor grill. The staff was wonderful and they got to have a meal with us too. We used the kitchen in our two bedroom suite daily.」
