“The room was fine. The air conditioner works. However, it's too old, thus it was making too much noise, and it was leaking from the condensation. The staff were helpful. For example, we had an accident that we lost our room key by my husband while swimming at the beach. He put it in his swimming pant's pocket, and forgot to secure it properly. The key is an actual key made of metal and not a card reader type. The front end staff was helpful and let us in with his master key. But, we had to……

“The property is so beautiful. I loved our stay. We stayed with 2 kids and it felt like home for us. Loved how accessible it is to beach. Not just beach but also to ala wai walking trail. With free parking this is a jackpot. So wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.”

“入住接待前台，非常热情和耐心，让旅途劳累的我们感觉温暖。清洁人员走廊讲话声音轻微，没有打扰第二天还在倒时差的我们，因为感冒怕冷，维修人员积极地帮我们把空调关掉，还给我们多加了一条毯子，让我感觉温暖多了，大概是我吃药后早上起床晚，错过了清洁时间，有几天没能打扫，好在前台有毛巾，帮我解决了出汗后的困扰。最后一天我们的房间清洁了，给我们留下了一个温暖的回忆。谢谢提供服务的员工。”
