「It is one of the best hotels in Manado. The room is spacious for a couple, and the location is close to other places like malls or restaurants. The staff are also friendly. 」

「Great view of sea and city from my 10th floor room. Great sea view and sunset from the corridors and the 3rd floor pool/ breakfast restaurant too. Room not big but comfy enough and meets all basic needs. Nice "breakfast with a view". Easy to get taxis. Near city center and the port (5mn by taxi). There's a bad smell from the bathroom plumbing most of the time though. Wifi can be quite slow.」

「We heard great reviews for this hotel from friends in Manado, so we booked a room for our stay. I’m giving five stars because I believe my friends. However, a volcano meant that our flight turned around 30 minutes before we were supposed to land in Manado. We couldn’t use our reservation. I wrote to Expedia and the hotel to cancel the reservation. Expedia said they couldn’t refund the money because they needed to first receive the consent of the hotel and the hotel didn’t respond the hotel...

「Pada pukul 3 pagi, terdapat beberapa tamu yang berbincang-bincang dengan suara keras di luar kamar, namun pihak hotel tidak menindak tegas mereka. kemudian, dikarenakan kamar yang kurang kedap suara, hal itu terdengar jelas hingga ke kamar.」

「For a budget hotel it was absolutely fine. Quite new still so not grotty. We were at end of corridor but others on floor were very noisy at all hours and sound travelled well! Basic but nice breakfast. Indonesian food and bread/toast with spreads.」

Het ontbijt was goed en de bediening prima. Bij check out vanochtend ontbijtje mee gekregen ivm het vroege tijdstip om 5 uur am. 」

The front office staff was very accommodating and very helpful and everything that I needed. The restaurant it's an a+ in the chef and the pastry chef works extremely helpful.
