I didn't enjoy the buffet dinner, the breakfast pack that they pack if you that a morning tour but the (buffet)breakfast was so good, less entertainment for kids

Always go for the deluxe rooms there are resident Waterbucks there and Hippos and crocodiles in the river and Elephants cross the river at night to feed in front of the rooms , the hotel sits just outside the Malelane gate an area famous for Leopards along the Crocodile river area the hotel has very good food and friendly staff

Our stay was excellent. The service & food was great and the staff were very friendly. The unit was really comfortable but could do with minor improvements, the air con was almost non functional in ours. The main reception restrooms needed attention & better lighting. Really enjoyed our stay though & will return again!

The staff were very friendly but lacked organizational skills especially at the bar and restaurant Required to check out and pay the government hotel charges which we were unaware of Generally it was clean and tidy with excellent views from the balcony

This is a great choice is you don't want or can't stay inside the park. The property is literally on the river that serves as the southern boundary for the park - you can watch animals from the common patio. My only complaint is that the common area doubles as a dining area for the restaurant (which is so so). If you have your own food, snacks, wine etc. - there is no place other than you room that you are allowed to consume them. Slightly less stringent policies would be a step up.

The hotel radiated charm and was impeccably maintained, creating inviting spaces that instantly made us feel at home. The staff's remarkable friendliness and willingness to assist truly elevated our experience, as they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Having previously stayed in July; we were thrilled to return for our second visit. However, we were sadly let down by the food quality, which fell significantly short of our expectations on both visits. Unfortunately, this prompted us to seek dinner outside the hotel after a long and tiring journey to Kruger, which was disappointing.

I was very disgusted that there were no options for cows milk or gluten intollerent, vegan or diabetic guests. We travel a lot and all over the world and all hotels make provision. More and more people have food allergies etc. Even in Kruger park there were for instance almond milk substitute.

Told on arrival that there had been a mistake in booking and we were to be accomodated at a grossly inferior hotel 2km away although we had booked months ago. Eventually they found us a room but other friends were not so fortunate. It has become apparent that overbooking is a regular practice here. Beware.

Quarto espaçoso com chá, café e água incluídos. O sofá cama para a terceira pessoa não é tão bem arrumado quanto a cama. O ponto alto é a localização e o restaurante. A comida é deliciosa com várias opções no cardápio a lá carte. Comemos filet, carneiro, avestruz, picanha, todas as carnes preparadas com esmero, todas macias e saborosas. Os vinhos também são bons e os preços são justos. Vale a pena comer lá, dependendo do horário ainda se desfruta da paisagem com vários animais entre eles hipopótamos, várias espécies de cervos, javalis, macacos e outros. Fornecem também toalhas para piscina.

Potential men levererade inte

Läget är riktigt läckert. Att inta frukost samtidigt som flodhästar och krokodiler simmar omkring nedanför terassen är häftigt. Men måhända befann sig stället i uppstartsfasen efter covid-nedstängning. Hela stället kändes öde, vår reservation hade hotellet tappat bort vilket gav en lång incheckning, maten på kvällen var ingen höjdare och städningen kan förbättras. Bäst var att bokningen av safarin fungerade så bra.

Complained about dirty sliding door entrace curtains and air conditioner that was not working. No feedback was given and the items were not adressed. Breakfast is great with freshly baked pastries and wide choices of items to eat Dinner is a buffet we tried it once and never again. They served bone hard pork and little pieces of fish that did not taste great at all! You can order from a set menu but are strongly encouraged to do the buffet, 1stly by their menu pricing and by the waiters.
