“When booking our holiday I searched through, what felt like, every villa in the north of Mallorca. This one stood out and I ended up comparing all the others to it, none of which came close in terms of space, privacy, layout, location and facilities. On arrival, we knew instantly that we made the right decision. I’d go as far as to say that the photos, as beautiful as they are, don’t fully do it justice. The location is simply unbeatable—just a short stroll to one of the most stunning beaches in Mallorca. “My family stayed in the Villa after my sons wedding in Palma June 2025. We had a fantastic time at the villa and local area. The villa was spacious and clean. The views were amazing and we all enjoyed snpending our days around the pool especially my 7 year old grandson.We also loved spending our evenings on the balcony chatting and playing games. “We stayed June 2025. The villa was lovely. Plenty of space for our family of 8. The pool area was excellent and we enjoyed the garden. Plenty of room for ball games.There was a good flow to the villa which suited our needs exactly. There were areas we could all be together but also spaces if we wanted more individual time.The lemon tree in the front garden was great. Fresh lemon in our drinks - heavenly!!We would definitely return.”

“The villa is situated in a perfect location, with easy walking distance to Pollenca which has a lot to offer, parking for cars, and a rural area. We all had a relaxing time enjoying the pool and spa facilities and the scenery surrounding the area. We fell in love with Pollenca and the island which we explored with the use of a hire car. If you want a get away villa within easy access to all amenities - this is the one ”

“This was our second stay here as we loved it so much last year that we booked again. The views are breathtaking from the terrace and the pool area. The separate master suite on a lower level works for us travelling with our adult children. The property is immaculate and comfortable and I’m sure we’ll be back!”

“annonce conforme à la location, petites précisions: en retrait dans une petite impasse non loin des commerces et de la grande plage de Patja de Muro belle maison terrasse agréable il manque un peu de vaisselle (pour 6) un chauffe eau pour tous le monde (limite pour 3) un lave vaisselle entrée/sortie de la location sans avoir vu quelqu'un (ni proporiétaire ou agence gérant la location !) attention aux moutiques agréssifs et aux avions la nuit ;-)”

“Great little villa a 5 minute walk from the beach and tons of restaurants. The pool was amazing too. There is construction on the week days next door but it didn't bother us too much. It's on top of a steep hill but worth the climb! A great deal.”

“We stayed here for Easter break with our kids, ages 9, 7 and 4 and it was perfect. It is super close to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and quick basic groceries within walking distance. It was chilly this time of year, but our kids still love the beach and it was beautiful. This house has so much space! It was super clean and had all the amenities that would be perfect for a longer stay. The garden and seating outside was was great for our kids and just beautiful. Would not hesitate……
