“It was a perfect time in this Villa with its awesome pool, garden, gym etc. The owner was always available and he responded immediately. The villa is also perfect located (6 min. Beach and Alcudia city centre, 35 min to Palma). We would like to thank Xisco very much. We have had a wonderful vacation in this extraordenary Villa. ”

“We stayed a week end of sept/beginning Oct 24. We enjoyed the time in the house very much. The house offers 3 spacious bedrooms and one bathroom, so easily for 6 persons. Living area and kitchen are very spacious and bright as well. Extremely nice views and atmosphere from terrace. The house offers brillant peace and intimacy. Everything clean. Perfect walking distance to Cala des Moro. For everything else you need a car what you should have anyway. Would definitely book again! Great stay!”

“Large house with plenty of space for our entire team. Each floor is a mini housing space (separate bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, etc.) with a sizable lawn for everyone to come together outside. Everything was clean. Kitchens had basics, but nothing fancy. Location is great for walking into town. Would return! ”

The location is simply unbeatable—just a short stroll to one of the most stunning beaches in Mallorca. “annonce conforme à la location, petites précisions: en retrait dans une petite impasse non loin des commerces et de la grande plage de Patja de Muro belle maison terrasse agréable il manque un peu de vaisselle (pour 6) un chauffe eau pour tous le monde (limite pour 3) un lave vaisselle entrée/sortie de la location sans avoir vu quelqu'un (ni proporiétaire ou agence gérant la location !) attention aux moutiques agréssifs et aux avions la nuit ;-)”

“Das Haus ist schöner als auf den Fotos dargestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - alles was man benötigt ist im Haus zu finden. Unserseits gibt es kleine Anmerkungen, die Matratzen könnten mal getauscht werden, neue liegen für den Pool und einen Pool Kühlschrank in der Garage ☺️ Liebe Grüße”

“Idéalement située, la description correspond à la réalité. Les commerces et les restaurants sont à 2mins à pied. La plage est une des plus belle dans ce coin de l’île. ”

“Ein schöner und sonniger Aufenthalt im Oktober. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist eher minimalistisch. Das Haus liegt mitten in Muro mit wenig Ausblick. Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig aber im Umkreis von 200 m lösbar. Insgesamt eine Unterkunft, die empfehlenswert ist.”

“Great little villa a 5 minute walk from the beach and tons of restaurants. The pool was amazing too. There is construction on the week days next door but it didn't bother us too much. It's on top of a steep hill but worth the climb! A great deal.”
