“If you are choosing this hotel due to beach access… don’t. The beach in front of the hotel is not accesible and could actually be a safety hazard. The hotel is very beautiful, but the food is bland and it is about the exact same every day. Staff is unhelpful and has no idea of the ongoings of the hotel. I asked several times about the restaurant and spa schedule, I was given different times which resulted in me unable to have dinner my first two nights.”

“This is a great hotel to stay in. It's close to a wonderful beach and is adjacent to a large sea water lake. The staff couldn't be more helpful, friendly and always had a lovely smile for us. The food is excellent and you really couldn't want for more freshly cooked meals. The only negative is the location. There are lots of cheap supermarkets in the area. We would go back and stay at the Bamboo though as it's a great hotel if you're looking for somewhere to chill out.”

“I will never go back to ANY Iberostar property because we took the Half-board( German- halb Pension) food variant and in this version we got breakfast and dinner. This sounds good till you learn that no drinks ( NOT even water) are allowed at dinner service. Iberostar needs to learn how to upsell an "All inclusive" to guests who have chosen the "Half-board" option.”

“Die Organisation mit dem digitalen check in und der Benachrichtigung, sobald das Zimmer fertig war, haben wunderbar funktioniert. Auch mein Zimmerwunsch wurde erfüllt. Leider war die Zimmerreinigung nicht so einwandfrei und ich musste um eine Nachbesserung bitten. Das Essen war von sehr guter Qualität und es war immer ausreichend alles da. Das Abendprogramm wäre ausbaufähig. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Melia.”

“Our stay at The Lodge Mallorca was mixed. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with nice facilities and surroundings. We also really enjoyed the boat trip arranged through the hotel, which was one of the highlights of our stay. However, the front desk service was disappointing. Maria was often rude and unhelpful, and we felt spoken to as though we were being told off for asking questions. As visitors to Mallorca, we relied on the hotel for guidance, but our requests were met……

Der Pool ist wirklich super und bietet viel Platz (Liegen sind genügend da, zumindest im Juni). Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Klare Empfehlung und würden aufjedenfall wiederkommen!”

“Das Caprice Tamarindos können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, perfekte Sauberkeit. Die Appartements sind zwar relativ klein aber sehr durchdacht ausgestattet. Wirkungsvolle Klimaanlage, bequeme Betten und ein gut ausgestattete kleine Küchenzeile. Besonders schön fanden wir die Dachterrasse mit Liegen und einem tollen Ausblick. Parksituation etwas angespannt, aber wir haben immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden. Der Fernseher hat einige deutsche Programme,……

“Sehr freundliches und herzliches Personal, super leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet, saubere Zimmer. Wir hatten einen schöne Zeit.”

“Das Zimmer ist renoviert und obwohl es in Richtung Straße ging tatsächlich sehr ruhig. Auch die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und war sehr leise. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit kleiner Küche, die war soweit auch ausreichend ausgestattet, man könnte ich gut kleine Gerichte selbst kochen, was den Urlaub natürlich erheblich günstiger machen kann. Außerhalb des renovierten Zimmers wirkt das Hotel und die Jahre gekommen und die Poolanlage wirkt anders als auf den Fotos nicht sehr einladend. Aber: Wer……
