“The room looked nothing like the pictures, we could clearly hear everything from the rooms beside below and above us, including conversations to moving around to using the shower. It kept us up all night. The bathroom is so small your knees will touch the wall if you sit on the toilet. Bed was not very comfortable.. The fact that they won’t allow you to check in after midnight was stressful as we had a night flight to Palma. The wifi was tough. The luggage storage was helpful. The fire escape……

“Overall we had an amazing stay and this is a great base if you want to go Cala hopping/exploring this part of the island! With that being said, there were definitely some things about our stay that could have been improved upon. ROOMS: The rooms were very nice, spacious and clean. However our refrigerator did NOT work, and they didn’t come to fix it even after we asked. So we couldn’t store any of our leftover food or drinks during the 4 days we were there which was frustrating as paying for……

“Overall, I had a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel, especially for a relaxing beach holiday. The location has both pros and cons. It’s only a short walk from the beach (which is fantastic!) but the area is very touristy and can get quite crowded. Please note it’s a bit far from the city centre, although public transport makes it easy to get there. The hotel was very clean throughout my stay and my room has been cleaned everyday. The only small issue was that the balcony wasn’t……

“Nice hotel, good location in the centre of one of the party centre of Mallorca and close to bus links to the airport and city centre. Slightly worn down hotel in general, dirty sheets on the bed when we checked in that needed to be changed. Decent pool and terrasse outside, disapointing indoor pool. Fantastic tennis courts and easy bike rental from the hotel. Really good breakfast.”
