“Taxi's couldn't drive down the street, so you had alot of stairs to climb. Poor lighting when checking in at night, and key pad has the bell sign over the # key so was confusing. Also got wrong details when checking in.”

“We had a lovely time staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful: Neil in particular gave us lots of good tips for what to see. There was a small hiccup with the check in process (I think stemming from the fact that we'd booked through Expedia and not directly through the hotel itself), but that was resolved without fuss. Location wise, although the hotel is on a busy pedestrian street we did not have any noise issues. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the rooftop, the views are……

“Sally Suite aparments are so ideally located in Valletta. Shops, restaurants and bars within minutes. We had everything we needed and communication with the apartment manager was great. We asked for airport transfers and this was arranged easily for us. We would recommend and likely to stay here again.”

“All of the staff were friendly from the moment we checked in until we left which given that it was at 3.30 am they were still smiling (Michael) The room was clean and every day it was the same high standard, breakfast was very good, again the staff were outstanding in their service, nothing was too much trouble. A good variety of food on offer, we were even given a breakfast to take with us when we left as it was so early in the morning, a really lovely unexpected gesture. The downside to the……

“The communication was really good - we got all the check in info with plenty of time, and messages during our stay asking if we wanted new towels or a room clean etc. The location was also very good. The room smelt a LOT like damp. There was an extractor fan and a dehumidifier but they didn't really do anything. The bathroom was also absolutely tiny - I'm a small woman and I struggled. Overall, an okay stay but incredibly basic and I wouldn't want to stay here for longer than a few nights ”
