"Beautiful hotel. Very well kept. Ideal location Tried to book swimming as soon as we arrived. No space until 2:30pm the NEXT day "

"Absolutely fantastic stay! The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, the receptionist kindly offered my partner and me a complimentary drink at the bar to celebrate our anniversary, which was a lovely touch. Throughout our stay, the doormen and lobby staff were consistently polite, always offering help and wishing us a great day. On the day of checkout, the gentleman at reception also extended our checkout time, which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel—everything was perfect from start to finish."

Also only a few steps to Tower station taking us anywhere else in the city and easy access to Heathrow Express back to airport. Most importantly, every staff member we encountered was amazing. "

"Check in ok , but staff not that welcoming , maybe more training required . Room ok , air con noisy and plumbing bit adhoc , but shower good once working . Breakfast good , Will stay again but needs more customer interaction on arrival and departure ! No one at desk "
