「Staff very attentive 」

「Our stay in the hotel was comfortable and the hotel is located just adjacent to the train station. The breakfast is great. Yet the room may need some renovation as it actually getting old. During check-in, we were informed to pay for the hotel, which we already paid during the booking, but it was rectified once we spoke to the hotel staff during check-out. 」

「My new husband and I stayed here as part of our mini-moon and loved it. The spa was wonderful but the main pool a bit cool for me, my husband enjoyed it though. We had dinner at the Fat Abbott and it was gorgeous! Staff were wonderful. Slept very well, bathroom could do have been a little cleaner and the rooms lovely for a standard but could do with a little update in my opinion. Facilities were super (decent hair dryer and shower gel). Breakfast was spot on. Loved it, we only live down...

「Staff had gone over and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. All were attentive and friendly and it looked like they also enjoyed working there, which makes a difference. They were well mannered polite and graceful. I will certainly come back with family. 」
