  • Stay in this cozy cabin 12.8 Miles from Mammoth Cave National Park, KY visitors center and experience a true escape. Relax and enjoy the serene views either on your porch facing the water or with your friends at the common area Pavilion. Go for a refreshing dip in the lake, or go fishing, or enjoy a leisurely kayak ride. Go on a journey to our secluded private cave and waterfall then enjoy hiking, fossil hunting or explore our landscaped playground. This is not just a cabin, it is a resort!
    We welcome your pets, Please add the 75.00 pet fee out checkout under extras. Please keep pets on a leash outside of your cabin. We have a 1000 acres, please walk your pets a good distance from the cabin to potty.

    Enjoy the best fishing in Kentucky, all fishing is catch and release only. We have a wide variety of fish including Florida Bass Hybrids, Crappie, Catfish (channel, and blue) and of course every kids favorite bluegill.

Great stay - good for a family with small children

We stayed with our family of 5 with children: 9, 7,and 4. We tend to adventure all day and come back and eat dinner. This worked out well. It was a drive to our activities but also has a lot to do on property. Very clean and well curated.

Mammoth Cave

Very clean, small cabin. It was perfect for our group (me, my husband, 2 boys and my mom). My oldest (11) was a little too big for the beds in the loft, so he slept on the couch. But my youngest (8) loved his little upstairs cave! We very much enjoyed our stay.

Awesome place for kids.

We had a blast staying at this property. We spent our evenings at the lake, kayaking or floating and the kids loved it. The hike was also a plus with the waterfall and cave. The ferry is down for the rest of the year which resulted in longer trips to Mammoth Cave and activities. It was all good though, the drive was beautiful and we stopped at some stores and discovered a great ice cream parlor. We are a party of 4, and we were comfortable. It might feel tight if you have a bigger party.You won’t regret booking the cabins by the lake.
