“This was a great way to check out from the worlds fast pace. Make sure when you google this camp site with the city and State. 1997 Fisher Ridge Road. There are two number addresses in Kentucky the same. You want to use this city and state-Horse Cave, Ky. The owner met us at the Truck Love's Stop and showed us how to get back to the secluded camp site. I would not suggest to arrive when it is dark. It was very secluded which was great for my two dogs. I ask the owner where the nearest shower was……

“6 of us visited from Pittsburgh and Erie, PA for a bachelorette get-a-way to do 4 cave tours and relax. Tonya was AMAZING and opened up their way of life to us! We were able to mingle with all the pups and horses and had great views as we explored the property. The host tub was clean and relaxing after a long day of walking miles of the nearby caves! We had plenty of room and more in the bunkhouse for games, cooking, and enjoying good laughs. Highly recommend Tonya and her family's hospitality……

“We had an amazing stay! The property is beautiful, we woke up to horses and goats in the morning and were able to help feed the horses which my kids loved!!! We had rain one night and the tent held up just fine. We hiked across the street on some trails leading into mammoth cave, went for a horseback ride and did a cave tour. The hosts were very welcoming. I highly recommend.”

“This property is near mammoth caves and we used it as a base to stay in while visiting the park. This double-wide mobile home was nice and clean and in a good location. Absolutely no complaints and good price for a group. The kitchen is a little small so if you are planning to cook for a group keep that in mind. There is also no shower so if you are hiking and getting dirty you will be cleaning in a tub. Neither were major issues and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean……

“We had a very restful night. At first the elevator didn’t work and our toilet wouldn’t flush, but we were moved to a different room and the elevator was fixed within the hour. After those issues were resolved, we had a pleasant visit. I would stay here again.”

“A grand historic building on a beautiful property! So many antiques - it's like a museum! We even had a bonfire one night. The owners are super nice and helpful. Wad convenient for Mammoth Cave tours ”

“We visited frim out of state for the first time. We stayed in the lodge. You can tell they are older buildings but kept very clean. Our room was very roomy and comfortable. It would be nice to have a little mini fridge to keep cold drinks or left overs from the restaurant but otherwise it was a good stay.”
