The Space:
This warm and bright, 1 + loft, 2 full bath, corner unit offers a wonderful space for your next mountain getaway. The home offers 1107 sq. ft. of comfortable living space, with high vaulted ceilings, new LVP flooring, and big picture windows overlooking the beautiful mountain/forest view. There's a nice sized mudroom in the entryway to store all gear and equipment.
The vaulted ceilings give the living space a big open feel. The living room has a TV, comfortable couches with queen-sized pull-out bed, and pellet stove, to keep warm during the cold winter months. The kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances, including an induction range. It comes fully stocked and ready to prepare a delicious meal. There is a dining room table with seating for 6. Off the living area, is an enclosed sunroom to take in the beautiful mountain warmth. In the downstairs hallway is a powder room.
The primary bedroom is on the main floor, outside the living area, with an Olympic sized queen bed, TV, closet and dresser. You can access the sunroom through the primary bedroom. The remodeled downstairs full bathroom is located in the hallway just outside of the bedroom. It has a large double vanity and walk-in shower. Upstairs, in the loft, there is another Olympic queen bed, a single bed, and dresser. There is an ensuite remodeled full bathroom with separate vanity area and tub/shower.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, 3 in 1 shampoo/body wash, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and pellets.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Aspen Creek. There are 3 jacuzzies, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), in-building laundry room with coin-machine, and trash room.
There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. There are 2 assigned parking spaces in the garage (height limit 7') and overflow parking (readily available in summer) outside the garage. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle at all times and return them upon leaving the condo.
Other details to note:
Please leave all shoes, skis, gear, and ski boots in the mudroom.
