Mängel überwiegen / Stromabzocke

Positiv: sehr großes und grundsätzlich gepflegtes Haus mit toller Außenanlage und Pool in sehr schöne Landschaft mit Fernblick auf die Berge. Negativ: keinerlei Unterweisung für das Haus und Bedienungen, wieder persönlich, noch mit einer einfachen Informationsmappe. Die Poolbeleuchtung, welche angeblich mit einer Fernbedienung funktioniert, ließ sich nicht einschalten, wurde nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage an Tag 3 von einem Mitarbeiter aktiviert.Allerdings ließ sie sich nicht mehr ausschalten und brannte 24 Stunden am Tag, hat die Agentur nicht weiter interessiert. Überschaubare, bis desolat Ausstattung der Küche. Undichtes Bidet / Leitung in einem Bad. Außenmauern des Hauses werden von hunderten von Vögeln als Unterkunft gebraucht - positiv gesehen ein tolles Naturspektakel, allerdings einhergeht mit permanenten Vogelkot auf allen Liegen und Sitzmöbeln. Keine Schirme am Pool. Verriegelter Pfosten am Grundstückszugang verhindert mit dem Auto Richtung Küche zu fahren um die Einkäufe auszuladen - unnötig. Krönung war jedoch, dass von der Kaution (800 €) ca. 300 € Euro für außerordentlich erhöhten Stromverbrauch abgezogen wurden. Die Menge betrug für 7 Tage angeblich 1100 KW !!!!!, und das ohne auch nur einmal eine der Klimaanlagen genutzt zu haben. Eine Aufschlüsselung des Verbrauchs erfolgte ebenfalls nicht. Das ist schlichtweg absolute Abzocke und grenzt m.E. an Betrug. Fazit: leider insgesamt ein deutliches Preis-Leistungs-Missverhältnis für diese grundsätzlich schöne Anlage!

Sehr gute & traumhaft schöne Villa (mit einigen Abstrichen)

Eine tolle Unterkunft in der wir eine Woche verbringen konnten. Positiv: - sieht wirklich so schön aus wie auf den Fotos! Eine der schönsten Villas, in der ich bisher war. - Sehr viel Platz! Auch in den Zimmern - Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet (außer einer kaputten Pfanne), genug Gläser & Besteck - Willkommensgetränke & einige Sachen im Kühlschrank bei Ankunft - Sehr gute Kommunikation bei allen Belangen, es gibt eine 24/7 Notfallnummer bei Fragen oder Problemen, sehr netter Kontakt mit Portic Villas! - extra Wäscheraum komplett ausgestattet (mit Waschmittel, Trockner etc.) Negativ: - Zusatzkosten kommen höchstwahrscheinlich hinzu, wir mussten den Mehrbedarf an Strom von 400€ nach einer Woche tragen (wurde von Kaution abgezogen), bei eigentlich normalem Betrieb der Klima etc. Dazu muss man sagen, dass die Klima nicht besonders stark ist, wodurch man leider die Klimaanlage länger eingeschaltet lassen muss, um das Haus im OG runterzukühlen - Fernseher im Außenbereich funktioniert nicht (hatten ihn auch auf Werkeinstellung gesetzt, alles nichts gebracht) - Schade - 2-3x wurde uns random das Wasser abgestellt (1x sehr ärgerlich, weil wir vom Strand kamen und es eilig hatten, da wir in einem Restaurant reserviert hatten) ohne wirklich erkennbaren Grund. Gleiches gilt für Warmwasser, das ist auch ein paar mal ausgefallen. Auf Nachfrage wurde es wieder eingeschaltet. Alles in allem war es dennoch ein traumhafter Aufenthalt & wir würden die Villa empfehlen! Durch die negativen Punkte empfinde ich sie ehrlich gesagt aber doch etwas zu teuer, da hätte alles stimmen müssen.

Unkomplizierte Kommunikation und Check-In, es wurde sich sofort gekümmert bei einer Frage oder Problem - Poolanlage ausgefallen wegen Pumpe. FINCA war für eine Gruppe mit 9 Personen ideal, abgelegen und dennoch ist man in 10 Min in Manacor und hat sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke! -

Didn’t live up to expectations

The Villa as you would expect is beautiful tastefully decorates, we’ll positioned and very spacious, but it was let down by the maintenance of the property. Snooker cue tips broken Table tennis legs broken Smashed light bulb over outside dining table exposing the element Smashed light bulb over the outside bike and tree features Fridge shelf cracked No covers for duvets so sleeping with duvet raw Pool lights broken first night. All of the above should have been checked by property manager before I arrived and repaired. This isn’t a cheap weekly Villa it’s a luxury home. You would expect basic maintenance to be performed. Also no welcome book to explain local stores/villages etc, how to work TV for Netflix etc. The Villa is stunning, great location and perfect for a family holiday in Majorca but in my opinion is needs more care for each and every guest. If this was in my portfolio I would ensure the Villa is maintained to an ammucalate standard for the money guests are paying and this just isn’t. I have stayed in luxury Villas around the world and this has the wow, but if your like me you don’t want to find faults.

Ein Traum...

Tolle Außenanlagen. Der Pool und Jacuzzi waren sehr groß und angenehm. Die Aussicht ein Hingucker. Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und komplett mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Kurze Wege nach Manacor zum Einkaufen, Nord- und Ostküste und Palma.

Finca ist wirklich groß genug für 12 Personen, da jedes Doppelzimmer auch ein eigenes Bad hat. Auch Wohn- und Esszimmer (Esstisch) sind großzügig dimensioniert. Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten ausreichend vorhanden: 5 Fernseher, 1 Billardtisch, 1 Tischtennis- & 1 Tischfußballtisch. Pool im Winter nicht beheizt und daher leider zu kalt. Die Finca ist etwas außerhalb von Manacor und daher ruhig gelegen. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Moderne und ruhig gelegene Finca

Problemloses einchecken. Saubere und moderne ruhig gelegene Finca. Sehr gepflegter und schöner Garten/Poolbereich. Alles sah relativ neu aus. Es hat an fast nichts gefehlt. - Frottierhandtücher (teilweise noch mit schildern, schien ungewaschen zu sein) - Gasflasche hielt für einmal Grillen, danach musste auf Nachfrage eine neue Gasflasche selbst besorgt werden - Wasserschaden in einem Badezimmer, dadurch tropfte es in ein unteres Schlafzimmer. Das Badezimmer durfte dann nicht mehr benutzt werden - In einem anderen Badezimmer roch es stark nach Urin wenn die Lüftung anging Alles in allem aber eine super Finca die wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Schneller Kontakt zu Mallorca Home Villas per WhatsApp. Meiner Meinung nach kann man sich die Buchung über Fewo sparen (spart auch Geld) und direkt über Mallorca Home Villas buchen.

Das Haus liegt außerhalb auf dem Land. Die Kinder konnten soviel Krach machen wie sie wollten, es hat niemanden der Nachbarn gestört. Die lag daran, dass die Nachbarn weit genug weg waren. Der Service der Agentur ist bemerkenswert gut. Man bekommt immer sehr schnell eine Antwort. Dieses Haus ist nur zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche.
