“Loved the old Florida Beach Cottage charm. Cottage was smartly decorated, cozy, with updated modern appliances. Private back area was great for grilling and listening to music. Best feature was a 200ft walk to miles of beautiful Gulf beach. Very close to Restaurants. Had an exceptional stay.”

“Enjoyed every aspect. The best was the private entrance to the beach. You could set your things up and if you forgot something the walk back to the house was short. I would deffinetly rent this place again. The owner was also very nice and great to talk to. All questions were answered in a timely manor.”

“We had a wonderful visit! Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Unit was supplied with all you would need and beautifully decorated. The beach water was warm and the most amazing sea green color, simply breathtaking. Highly recommend!”

“It’s just as good as it looks in the photos! Very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the bikes and kayaks and everything that was provided for the beach..a cart, chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella and a shade canopy. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We loved it here. Gulf views, private walk directly from the building to the beach. Quiet area great for relaxing. Beach was amazing, not crowded at all. Short walk to stores and restaurants. Condo is in great shape, the 2 full bathrooms and laundry is a great plus for multi-kid families. Perfect layout for a family of 5.”

“Super location! Updated kitchen and bathroom. Clean and well maintained. Great for 2. Reasonably priced too. I do wish the plants in front could be trimmed as there really is no view of the ocean from inside or on the front porch.”
