「Great location in a quiet resort community. This was an excellent unit equipped with all the essentials. The check-in process was easy. Unit is walking distance to beautiful beaches. Close to various restaurants and shops. Great spot to enjoy Anna Maria Island. 」

「The property was updated, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. There’s plenty of towels and beach towels. Easy walk to the beach but a bit of a hike to the restaurants and ice cream shop. The pool was perfect for adults and a hit with the children. It was a bit chilly on a few days so the heated pool was ideal. The beach wagon and chairs were an added plus. Highly recommend this home. 」

「The house is only a 15 minute drive to the beach, when traffic is good. We especially appreciated the thoughtfulness of providing beach towels, sand toys, and beach chairs. The size of the house worked well for our family of four and we would happily stay here again. 」

「This was our family’s first time visiting AMI and we will definitely be back. The location of the property was awesome - its steps from the beach. It’s less than a mile to walk to restaurants and shops, but we loved having a golf cart that made it easy to go out for dinners and get groceries from the Publix.
