"One of the noisiest hotels I've stayed at. So many people yelling in the halls, yelling at each other in the rooms, there was a large dog in a room down the hall from my room that would bark every time someone walked even near it. I had to wear earplugs to sleep. The "breakfast" room/back entrance smelled like weed all the time, there was always someone sitting at a picnic table right next to the door smoking that you had to walk right by. The nightstand right next to the bed was fun of dust. Definitely won't ever be staying here again. "

"Same breakfast everyday, found mold in our room, had to change rooms, bad area, and found mold in second room. Felt very unsafe in the area. "

"It was just ok at best. The beach is not private. For the expense, it was not worth it. The staff was very nice. It seemed advertised as something it is not. The truth is on and near Anna Maria island there is endless beach access points which is fine. However that isn’t what they advertised. Many mornings I would pull up a beach chair to look at the ocean and relax only to have a large family pop up a tent and 20 beach chairs and play their music right in front of me. That’s the vibe. Also it’s tough to walk the beach because people pull their chairs, sand toys, fishing poles, umbrellas,ect, ect right to the shoreline so no one can obstruct their view."
