“As it appears, the place was renovated in recent years: everything was clean and functioned well. Also the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is free and close to your room. The location is near to Singer Island and the small downtown of Lake Park.”

“I was very impressed with everything at the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember everyone's name so I could give them all a shout out! We had an amazing view and good was good. I liked that they even had fitness classes.”

“Overall, this was a disappointing experience. While the room was very clean, the property itself feels like it's stuck in the 1990s. The hotel is very old, outdated, and in need of a major renovation. The pool was disgusting and clearly not well maintained. On top of that, the hotel charges extra for almost everything—parking, beach chairs, and other amenities that many resorts include. Customer service was equally disappointing. “It’s a very old hotel, there were no blankets available, TV had very few channels, the volume didn’t work and the outlet behind the TV looked unsafe and could start a fire! The carpet had a tear in it, the lock on the glass door was loose and it also had a bar to secure the door. Parking was very limited and tight. Would not recommend staying there and we won’t be back!”

“I wanted to be close to snorkeling at Phil Foster Park. The room was clean, the property not so picked up. But it served my purpose. Walking distance to dive and snorkeling area.. didn't use the kitchen but looked like it had all you needed to have a decent cook off. We only use this location for ending the day... Clean up and rest. Also I could hear the next apartment talking, but Turn the TV on and problem solved.. Did not like that there was an extra $100 charge for lot or something like……
