「Our stay at The Crane was a disappointing experience, especially as it was our 26th wedding anniversary and first visit to Barbados. We expected a world-class resort, but it fell short of expectations. Service was consistently poor, particularly in response times. On two of three nights, the air conditioning in our room failed. 「The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.」

「The Owner was not very pleasant and polite. She needs to learn humility and be more hospitable. The room need to smell more fresh, floor needed sweeping because hair and dust was on it. Why did I pay $90 US just to sleep 4 hours until my flight was ready, just to feel like I am begging her to stay or like I am bothering her? Place is okay but she needs to learn proper customer service.」
