"When checking in I was already made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable just because we were staying for a hockey tournament. The lady at the front desk made it out like my child would be loud and crazy just because of the fact that he was a hockey player. Not the feeling you want right away."

Everything about it is new, modern, and best-quality: appliances, countertops, windows, linens, beds, etc. Host was very kind and generous, and the answering service hospitality was next level (not that I needed it). Decorations were fantastic. Owner has very good taste, IMO. It felt like home. Basically, the entire experience was exceptional."
