“This was my second time at the propery and it was great. The property is very comfortable and the area is very beautiful while being right by downtown Manitou. The aesthetic and of the peaceful underground unit is accompanied by the welcoming atmosphere. Great for a one or two person stay. I hope to eventually stay a third time. ”

“Check in was a bit rough. The directions to open the door could have been more clear. Another guest helped us. There were a few things in the room that needed attention. The shelf on the wall in the bathroom was falling out of the wall and the towels fell into the toilet. The tv didn't work and one of the buttons on the front was pushed in. The room was open and clean. We appreciated the open bright feeling.”

Would suggest adding a mirror over sink for shaving/makeup for convenience and since it's well lit there.Auto lock malfunctioned/lost power, but owner was onsite to provide a physical key solution in just a few minutes.
