「Very unpleasant experience staying at this hotel.
First, very untransparent fees. While the accommodation fare is only $57.52, taxes amounted to $29.07 and "Additional Fees & Room Fees" were $130. When I asked them what these additional fees entailed, they said the $130 reflected a "cleaning fee + water usage fee + electricity," which, to me, shouldn't normally constitute such a high price tag. 「Everything was clean and comfortable. Our room was exactly as described. We accidentally triggered one of the locks, but the manager was super nice and took care of it promptly. (Thank you!!) 「The apartment was cozy. It was perfect for my quick weekend stay and comfortable for myself. The bed was a little rickety and made a lot of noise when rolling over. The kitchen is shared between two units and was nicely supplied with dishes. I didn’t use it for much more than to boil water for tea/coffee but could have cooked a quick meal if needed. There are several layers of locked doors so felt secure but also there are families living in neighboring units with kids playing on the street...

「Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login).
Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....
