“This was my first visit to the property however it will not be my last. Beautiful outlook with plenty of greenery and fruit trees to sit among. Breakfast is a feast with a little bit of everything, all the tarts and bakes a handmade by the hosts it is delicious. As you are in a rural setting having a car would be best although we did not have a car and it didn’t stop us at all, you can use Uber no bother and you are actually only a 10 minute walk away from a local train station which has a……

“A truly wonderful stay – we didn’t want to leave! We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Conversas de Alpendre, and it genuinely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found somewhere very special. The staff were absolutely amazing and could not have done more for us. The level of personal service was exceptional — they remembered our names, our preferences and the little things we liked, which made us feel incredibly welcome and looked after throughout……

“Lovely hotel, all staff were really nice and helpful. The outdoor pool is a good size and well maintained . Room was a decent size too. The only small frustration was the hand soap was shower gel and there’s no milk in the room, but you can get a small jar od milk from the bar. Location is a flat short walk (approx 15-20mins) to bars and restaurants in the village. There’s a good selection on offer for breakfast (we only had B&B) and the staff did excellent job of keeping it all replenished. ……

“Lovely family stay! We had a wonderful stay at Quinta dos Perfumes. The room was spacious and the bed was big enough for the two of us and our 2-year-old. We loved the beautiful swimming pools surrounded by orange trees, and the bikes with a child seat were a great touch — we enjoyed cycling to the nearby town. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and the fresh orange juice was a must! 🍊 All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially Elizabeth, who was very nice and helpful to us……
