Great reunion!

The Westover house was a perfect gathering spot for our group of college room mates and spouses! 5 couples had their own king size bed and bathroom, great eating space and gathering area in living room. Terrific location for hanging out on the beach, or shopping in the quaint stores of Manzanita! This was the second time our group has rented the Westover House, and I’m sure we’ll be back again, soon!

The Westover home was fantastic! Very clean. Well stocked. The staff were great to work with from beginning to end. When they say it will hold 14 people, they are right! Very roomy and comfortable. Highly recommend this home.

Love this home and have stayed here many times. Appreciate prompt response to minor issues when they arise (rarely). Well equipped. Great location. Watch out for NW corner of living room carpet that can curl and trip someone. Will be back.

Gorgeous, exceptional beach home - perfect weekend getaway

This beach home is the most beautiful we have ever stayed in! It is perfect for a family vacation or in our case, a group of gals for a girl's weekend. One of the most unique things about this home is that 4 of the 5 bedrooms have king-size beds (with very comfy mattresses) and ensuite bathrooms. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds. One of the bedrooms is an in-law unit with a small kitchen and actually bigger than the apartment that I lived in when I was in San Francisco! The kitchen has plenty of space with very high quality pots and tools. The dining table easily fits eight people. We enjoyed the gas fireplace, closet of games, and that there were two hangout spaces - one in the living room and one upstairs. The towels were great quality, and the house was exceptionally clean. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach and located near everything in town. It checked all the boxes! We absolutely loved this house and already have booked it for another weekend stay in October. Thank you to the owners for offering such a great home, and to Vicki at Manzanita Beach Getaway Vacation Rentals for being absolutely awesome to work with. It was fabulous!

Gorgeous spacious home, outstanding location!

This is the second time that I have had the pleasure to stay in this lovely home. It was perfect for 7 of us gals visiting from Portland for a weekend retreat. It is perfect for a large group, especially since it one of the only listings we have found to have 5 bedrooms with en suite baths, plus an extra bathroom on the main level. The home includes a huge and separate in-law unit with a separate entrance and deck which was a relaxing place to sit for happy hour. We absolutely loved that four of the bedrooms have King-sized beds! Two of us slept on sofas which were very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything that we needed. We appreciated the simple white matching dishes, and nice quality pots and pans. It was exceptionally clean too. There is seating at the table for 8, and tons of puzzles and games to play. The living room has plenty of seating for 8-10 people. We loved the gas fireplace and all the cozy pillows. We also appreciated that everything in the house from the construction to amenities seemed to be very high quality. The location is fantastic. The house is less than 100 feet from Laneda Avenue and only 1/4 mile to the beach (less than a 10 minute walk). You can either walk through a lovely neighborhood or down Laneda for beach access. The beach, of course, is gorgeous. We also really enjoyed that is was so close to the shops. We are so grateful to the owners for sharing this beautiful home with us and others. We definitely will be staying here again!

Perfect vacation home

My friends and I loved everything about this home!! Just 3 minute walk to the Main Street, clean, very nicely furnished, five bathrooms, and a well equipped kitchen!!
