「very clean and tidy

「Pros: 1. Great Location: Very convenient and easy to find. 2. Clean & Bright: The room was clean, bright, and very comfortable to stay in. 3. Helpful Staff: Friendly staff and very easy to get assistance whenever needed. 4. Great Facilities: All facilities were just right and completely met my needs. Area for Improvement: * The air conditioning wasn't cold enough; it would be perfect if it could be a bit cooler. Summary: Overall a wonderful stay, highly recommended!」

「room is very clean. bed is comfortable. staff are very nice」

「Water flushed out from the toilet bowl and flowed into the hotel room causing much trouble and panic to us! We asked to change our room and asked for compensation for the delay in journey. However, the staff at the front desk did not say any words of apology. Instead, he denied their responsbility and accused us that it was our responsibilty that we had threw too many tissue into the toilet bowl which in fact was NOT true! He said that he had been kind enough not to charge us for cleaning...
