We love this hotel, and we have stayed several times. The rooms and facilities are well designed, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent. Close enough to the main Hongdae area, but set apart enough away from the noise and chaos that can ensue. We look forward to staying again the next time!

Excellent location, good size of the room the only thing is not enough light inside the room. Specially the entrance of the room with the sensor only last five seconds not going to help lol

very moist. Asked to change bedding but the process was so difficult. second day friend couldn’t even get a blanket because they messed up and gave an extra pillow. when we went down to ask, they said they ran out of blankets. this is unacceptable. the saving grace is that the location was good

The hotel is just right, and the things provided just worth the money one paid for. It’s clean with polite staff, and the location is exactly what has said - in Hongdae but in a quiet vicinity.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. I was concerned about the water system, but was glad to see that it was kept clean and odor free. I would use this hotel again if I come back to Korea.

Overall, It was great to stay at the hotel. However, the staff was not very helpful. I was very hungry at late evening and asked them where can I eat but they said no restaurant near the hotel. Next day, I could find many restaurants like 24 hours open one near the hotel.

A bit overpriced considering the lack of facilitie

Rooms are too warm, aircon is turned off in autumn which is unreasonable for the price charged.. Bed pillows are not very comfortable No Bar, no restaurant, no vending machines for drinks Location is good, various food options nearby Room cleaning was efficient and prompt Desk staff not particularly welcoming or friendly

I was a bit worried about the bad reviews before visiting, but My stay was great! Other people mention the hotel is far from the station>>It's just 5-6min from the main street, and there are lots of cafes along the street, so very convenient. The Paris Bagguet is just in front of the hotel and that's a huge plus! mention the hotel is very dim lol>> yes, the corridor is a lil dim but not a problem. mention the air-con is not well working and noisy>> it is working and has a little noise, but you can sleep on it no problem. (I'm very sensitive on noises and has insomnia) mention the wall is not sound proof and the pillow is too soft>> I heard none noise, maybe some door closed noise. The pillow might be soft, but not a problem, I liked the firm matress. mention the bathroom floor gets wet>>YES!! this is correct. every time you shower, the floor gets soaked. but it has a bathtub:) You should check the pool availability as it only opens during summer. I really enjoyed the pool! it was very refreshing. Need improvements...Room cleaning>> someone left her hair and piece of snacks. the bathroom sink should be mold removed. Power outlet is not by the bed>>I always bring long cable, but it would be better by the bed. No stools to put your suits case>> the room is spacious, so it's ok. The hotel staff was helpful enough, they speak English. I would stay again if I come back to Hong-dae!

You have to pay for every single little thing. I asked the front desk if I could use a bottom opener and they said you have to pay for that. We wanted to swim, you have to pay for it. The downstairs kitchen was not open the entire time we were there. Other than that the place was nice.

Room wasn’t spacious and AC wasn’t good enough. Ceiling light not good enough as well as breakfast wasn’t included. At last hotel staff didn’t help out during checkout for hotel payment receipt required tax credit.
