We were a group of two couples and spent a week while doing a lot of sight seeing in the area. The entire home, inside and out was very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was very relaxing and we grilled food a couple evenings on the patio. The highlight was when we saw a manatee right by the dock!

The property was just what we were expecting. Communication with the property managers was smooth and quick. Kitchen was well-stocked with gadgets and such that made cooking super easy. The house was just as listed. It was clean, equipped and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable! We enjoyed the patio for morning coffee as well as evening cocktails. The pool was wonderful; we did pay to heat it for the week and I would recommend that! The landscaping and privacy provided by such was wonderful. Location is great as it is quick access to Sombrero Beach, the park, Publix, etc. I was concerned the noise of traffic would be problematic but it wasn’t. We rented a boat for the week and enjoyed taking it through the canals and to dinner on the water. Enjoyed fishing off the dock as well as the manatee visits :). Would highly recommend this home, it was everything we could have hoped for and then some. The bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, life vests, etc are all an added bonus. Highly recommend!

This property has it all! Great location and amenities. We have rented many VRBO properties on Sombrero Beach Road but this was the best.
