Really enjoyed the house. Was very comfortable. Boat house and ice maker was greatOnly complaint is the lack of railings at the various steps in the back. Also, the gray concrete step down leading to the wood dock, is hard to see, when the sun is straight up. My wife stepped down and fell. Injured her foot, resulting in a trip to hospital. My friend and I, also stumbled at the same spot. I put some yellow tape along the step, to help it to stand out. Definitely helpedIt was an unfortunate accident for my wife, but she made the best of it

Great Vacation House

The house was great, communication was good. I would definitely stay there again. Right on the water, the kids had a blast fishing in the canal and swimming in the pool.

Family vacation getaway

Beautiful house with everything we needed. Many inside and outside areas to enjoy as a family or to have your own space to relax. The kids really liked the pool after a long hot day. We were able to cook some meals for the whole family with all kitchen items available and a grill outside. Lots of coverage of trees and plants for privacy from the neighbors. Quiet neighborhood with a short walk to a coco plum beach where we searched for seashells. Sombrero beach was a short drive which was a better for swimming and has a nice park for kids.
