Within this Keys retreat await 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and ease for every guest. The expansive lower level is perfect for those who prefer not to navigate stairs, offering a serene master suite with en suite bath, a spacious living room, dining area, full kitchen, and convenient powder bath. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for family or friends, while a welcoming lounge, cozy video game nook, and wet bar create inviting spots to relax after a sun-soaked day.



Outdoors, your private paradise awaits. Your private sparkling pool, surrounded by lush greenery, creates the feel of a secluded jungle sanctuary. Multiple patios and gathering spaces ensure endless ways to enjoy the Florida sunshine:

*Note… As this is a luxury home, the homeowners have 2 security cameras. One is located at the doorbell facing the front entry and yard. The second camera is located facing the owners boat lift and waterfront for security. It does NOT overlook the pool area.



Pool heat available for $175/week (highly recommended Nov–March)

No pets allowed

7-night minimum rental per city ordinance

Proper county and state taxes collected regardless of booking platform

Renter must be 25+

Maximum occupancy: 10 guests (including children)

All guests must be registered with the property manager

No smoking permitted
