「Room was beautiful and clean with a fridge and water/coffee provided. Room looked to have been recently renovated, bed was very comfortable and we thought a steal for the price. We had booked the apartments on bocca di leone but were placed in a room in the apartments round the corner where reception is on via della Croce it’s only 2 min walk difference. 「We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!」

「Check in was smooth, Giancarlo is a very nice man. We forgot the key one night and he was so gracious and understanding! The room is very self contained with everything one will need. The only drawback is the location, you will have to walk a few blocks over to find the good restaurants and it looks worn and tired area. However I am told it is very safe. All in all though, this was good value and safe, clean accommodations. Travelling as a family of 4 with 12 and 17 year old.」

The pullout couch sheets were not clean. it took forever to get a brown to clean the room. we were rationed toilette paper, i bought my own and were advised that we would have one set pf towels for a week stay.
