Christmas at the Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed this very comfortable, clean, and convenient condo. Everything is as pictured and we were even able to cook a Christmas dinner there. Would love to come again.

Spacious condo for 2

Condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. Highlights included covered balcony with a view of the gulf, reclining seating in living area, extremely comfortable king sized bed, ice maker with filtered water, 5 min walk to the beach… I could go on and on. This place is a gem with a super host!

Beautiful Condo, great host.

Location, Location, right across entrance to the Beach, short walk. The condo has all you need, clean with very comfortable furniture and Bed. Denise is a great host, communication and information is perfect. We will be back.

Very Pleasant Condo

The condo was very clean when we arrived. The living room furniture and bed are comfortable. The condo is very close to the beach access. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and a nice cart are provided to take to the beach. I appreciate the extras of having a night light in the bathroom and a mirror and second TV in the bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped to make meals. there. Denise is easy to communicate with and answers inquiries quickly.

Pleasantly Surprised!

We’ve been going to Naples, Vanderbilt Beach for the last 10 years. After Ian and new construction in the area, we thought we’d try Marco Island. Fortunately, we booked CasadeKrier! It’s everything described and more! Beautifully and comfortably decorated! Private balcony with beautiful view. Quick and easy 5 minute walk to a massive beach! Many restaurants within walking distance, including JW Marriott’s Kane’s beachfront bar. We also, enjoyed the ice maker and filtered water, as Florida can have some sulfur tasting water. I waited to post my review until after we booked for next year. This property is a gem!!

Awesome condo and location

Condo was immaculate and was equipped with any and all items you could ever need. From kitchen and bath amenities to beach chairs, towels, and coolers it had it all. Beach access across the street. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Greg and Denise were great to work with.

Amazing location

We had so much fun in Marco Island and our condo was in a perfect location! It is close to the beach, right across the street, and it is close to restaurants and fun activities! The condo pool was 90 degrees in February and the condo is updated and perfect for us. It had beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, and everything you need to stay and use on the beach. We loved the condo and our time away from home. We can’t wait to go back again soon.

Everything about this condo was perfect! The condo was beautifully updated and decorated. It was so organized, clean, and provided anything you could possibly need on your trip. It was super close to the public beach access, as well as items you need to enjoy days at the beach. We loved that the condo was also close to our wedding venue; JW Marriott. Denise and Greg were so easy to communicate with during our stay. We will definitely be back and have already recommended this condo to so many friends back home! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Vacation Paradise on Marco Island!

This was our first trip to Marco Island and we couldn't be more pleased with this gem of a condo! So much so, we barely want to tell you about it and keep it all to ourselves! The palm tree lined Boulevard that leads you to the condo is so beautiful and is instantly relaxing. The condo is on an end unit located on the fifth floor (out of six levels). A parking stall is provided. An elevator and cart make it easy to get to the fifth floor. From the moment you walk in, you know you have found the right condo. The owners Greg & Denise are kind and easy to work with. They will provide you with all the information needed for an enjoyable stay! Any question you have they will answer it quickly. The owners take great care of the condo. It is very clean, fresh smelling (no musky beach smells here!) and is a one bedroom end unit with modern furniture and appliances. The photos and list of amenities indicated in the description are accurate. The kitchen cabinets are fully stocked with everything you will need, and everything is in mint condition! From the beautifully decorated balcony you will see the palm tree lined beach access. The beach access (sidewalk, no parking lot=quiet) is located directly across the street from the condo (with a cross walk for safety) makes it an easy stroll to the beach where you will find a clean beach loaded full of seashells and breathtaking sunsets!! The beach access is well taken care of and is lined with palm trees, area plants and has a ramp or steps making it easy to get to the beach. There is a shower adjacent to the ramp/steps to wash the sand away. Greg and Denise provide clean, well-kept beach supplies--some of the items include a beach cart, umbrella, coolers, and chairs. The condo has a tennis court, pool and patio area with a grill and restrooms. There is a faucet to wash off items. In the condo you will find binders full of great information about the area, things to do and restaurants. When we visited the neighborly area around the condo was quiet and relaxing with a very short drive to a few shops and restaurants just down the boulevard. Thank you Greg & Denise for letting us stay in your beautiful condo, we had a wonderful stay!
