Beautiful house

The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood and centrally located near a shopping plaza (Publix and other stores) great view from the pool area and has different areas inside the house where you can read or relax . We were a group of 10 visiting for a wedding and we all had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

The inside of the the home looks fantastic. The landscaping in the front needs work. I think when that gets addressed the home will look more appealing.

Nice but needs some love

Great location and nice neighborhood however we had no instructions from the property management company on how anything worked or on what was expected. The hot tub heater did not work the entire time we were there as well as the ice maker was not working. The bathroom floor in the master was soft which was a little concerning. Overall it worked for our weekend trip but if staying for any period of time, you would want some things fixed.

I really never like to comment about too much because I feel you get what you pay for but with todays prices being so high , I think if you showcase your home to be updated and clean, it should be. However , the management company is very friendly and responsive .. I just think the house needs a better cleaning team ( dirty dishes, oven has food in it, dishwasher had dirty dishes, dirty rags) updated items and treated for bugs .( horsefly’s and ants )
