Great vacation home!

Lovely home with a beautiful view

Enjoyed the property very much. We rented a boat from Marina 32 and docked it right out back of the house to grab lunch. The home is well equipped, clean, and layed out nicely.

Overall we were pretty satisfied with the property. It was clean and had all necessary items (plenty of dish-ware, pots, towels, etc.) There were two paddle boards and kayaks which needed some cleaning up and we had to rent a paddle because one of the boards was missing a paddle. Canal location was perfect… bikes were great to get around. Pool was excellent. Would rent this house again.

Great property on beautiful Marco Island

The property was exactly as pictured; well equipped with everything you need for your stay: linens, bath/beach towels, beach gear, umbrella, pool equipment, pool, kayaks, bikes, stand up paddle boards. Fishing from the dock, fire pit, grill; fully stocked kitchen if you choose to cook (just add food & replenish paper goods/soaps ). Beds were comfortable, place was clean & close to everything- drive to the public beach access. Gorgeous sunrises; my son was up early & out late fishing ( caught spotted sea bass, catfish & a few others). The rental agency was great to work with & very responsive.

Check in/check out was incredibly easy, the rental company sent multiple messages to keep us informed of things. The house was very well maintained and outfitted with all the things for a comfortable 2 week stay. We would 100% stay there again and are actually discussing our next booking.

Last Minute Memorial Day Weekend Staycation

My granddaughter loved starting her day off with a swim in the pool right outside the door and my daughter caught several fish off the pier! Perfect!

Great house and a fun stay

Amazing waterfront home

The house was beautiful. Great location. It is a pet friendly home and could use a very deep clean as there was dog hair in the tracks of the sliding doors built up and on the steps of the deck. Ant situation was remedied by the rental company. Beautiful stay on Marco!

November 2022 Stay

Property was not ready to rent. We had many minor and a few major issues. Marco Vacation Properties were prompt in responding and remediating but we felt we should not have had issues. On the plus side, the property had been updated and was very nicely done but more attention to detail is recommended to ensure future renters do not have to be inconvenienced. We have used Marco Vacation Properties in the past and will use them in the future. Unfortunately we will not rent this property again.

December 2022 Stay

We are using Marco Vacation for 3 years already. Always the Best. Stayed 12/23/22 - 01/07/2023. House was very clean, equipped with everything needed, million dollar VIEWS, heated pool, 2 outside decks, boat dock (for fishing), dolphins can be viewed fro the kitchen/living room/bedroom, TVs in every room (not really needed), 3 bikes, 2 kayaks, sun, water, safe and nice friendly neighborhood. There was a problem with a pool heater, contacted the office and everything was fixed within 2 hours (Unbelievable !!!). Ask for Andrew Vale and he will find a house based on your request - for a Discounted Price. Specially if you are traveling with a dog. Andrew Vale is the Best, he was helping us for the last years and was always fast with responses, detailed with answers and doing everything what he promised (most important in our days). Thank You very much See You Soon Borovkov’s Family

Beautiful escape

We loved the house. Had everything we needed. Bikes, kayaks, beach towels, beach umbrella, wagon for the beach trip, 4 tv's, both mr coffee and keurig coffee makers, blender, grill, and more. We spent lots of time in the private pool. We are already planning for next year. Plus the staff were very responsive to our inqueries before and during the trip.

The updated floor plan is nice, but, the real value of this property is in the lanai, pool, and being on the canal! We were grateful for the included bikes and kayaks as well. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint - though, a bit unnerving to see all the disdain towards short-term renters (upcoming vote in the MI legislature). Marco Island itself is great for amazing beaches and ease of use but, struggles with good restaurant options and visitor beach parking. Thankfully Downtown Naples Is a short trip for great dining options.
