Short term rentals, Beach access directly across the street

1 bedroom (sleeps 4), 1 bathroom, 5th floor fully furnished condo with beach access directly across the street. There is a fully stocked kitchen, a nicely furnished bedroom including a queen sized bed and a TV. The living area has a sleeper sofa with a large flat screen TV. There are two sliders leading out to the balcony with views of the gulf and a washer and dryer in the unit.
Heated swimming pool, cabana with BBQ gas grill, tennis court and bike racks are some of the common features.
Also included are beach chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella, coolers and towels.
One assigned parking space with additional guest parking available.
WiFi and cable TV. Included. A great inexpensive alternative to the JW Marriot which is only a few hundred yards away.

This rental was perfect for an enjoyable week stay. We have stayed in other rentals that were beach front and were not as nice. Having a washer, dryer and beach chairs were such a convenience. We hope to return.

Joe left detailed driving instructions to easily find the condo. Check-in was easy with his instructions. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The wi-if allowed me to work remotely and the pool was toasty warm. Public access to the beach was right across the street. While we walked almost everywhere we needed to go, having a car in Marco was needed for groceries. While there are several restaurants within mid-distance walking proximity, having a car gave us more options. While it could be updated, it was perfect for what we needed and priced accordingly.

The host provided all the necessary details, followed up to make sure I didn’t have any questions and was very responsive when I reached out. The location was perfect for daily walks on the beach and was walking distance to restaurants and all of the wedding festivities we had at the JW.

Great location and wonderful host. Joe is incredibly responsive and has the place set up with all the “little things” that make it so much easier. There are extra plugs by the bed so no searching for places to plug in your devices. There are clear instructions for everything down to the remote. All the essentials were there already (paper towels, toilet paper, salt & pepper, dish soap, hand soap, beach towels & chairs, even stain remover). Access to the beach is easy. I didn’t use the pool but it appeared to be clean and well kept. The building is very secure and I just walked everywhere, didn’t need a rental car. The only requirement for check out is to wash any pots and pans and take out the trash. Easy peasy when I was running around trying to make my 5:30 AM Lyft. Beautiful home and GORGEOUS beach!

Great location on Marco Island

Located right across the street from public beach access. Nice sized condo with great balcony with a peek-a-boo view of the gulf. Nice, clean pool area. Easily walk to shopping and restaurants. Full size washer and dryer definitely a plus.

Excellent Condo close to beach

We’d a brilliant stay in this condo on Marco Island. The place was spotless on arrival and just as listed. It was a great touch that there were beach chairs and a trolley to get everything to the beach. Joe was a fabulous host who kept in regular contact particularly as hurricane Milton made an appearance while we were there. All in all I’d highly recommend staying at this wonderful condo

Great property and location. Nicely modern and clean. We enjoy the balcony, and were sad to see that the treeline across the street had grown a bit over the ocean horizon. Great condo with awesome location.
