Kitchen well equipped along with each bathroom having tolietries provided. Hot tub and pool area were fantastic, plenty of floats etc. in the garage. Living room couch shown online is different than pics and house has a little bit of wear and tear, but that's expected in a rental. Overall great stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful and up to date. The location was very nice with great views up and down the canal. We did experience HVAC issues that were patched while there. The pier was a nice touch especially if you have a boat. Be careful using the steps due to razor sharp barnacles that did cause several cuts. Make sure to out up your food at night or you will find insects attracted to any morsels left on the counter.

Beautiful home but in need of some general maintenance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful large home that was great for 3 couples. One of the bedrooms was right off of the living room and was not used. It would have been not very private for anyone staying in that room so I would stick to 6 people unless you have children in your group. The house could have used some touch-up paint on some of the hallways and the outside deck could use a good power washing. One of the bedrooms also was not vacuumed prior to our arrival. We stayed during SuperBowl weekend and the streaming service kept cutting out in the main common room throughout the game (some of the bedrooms worked on so I am not sure what the issue was). Overall it was a lovely stay and I can't say enough about the pool and hot tub - they were the highlight of the stay. We also used the grill and it was super clean. It was also nice to have a variety of beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. It was a drive to the beach and you had to get to the parking area before 10am or the spaces would be filled but it was a nice beach good for shelling and walking.

The interior is tastefully decorated with gorgeous art work throughout. 4 double bedrooms 3 bathrooms, 2 en-suite Beds super comfy.Highly recommend!Restaurants/Cafe visited Da Vinci’s,Snook, Ario, CJ’s, Ori’s Bakery.Enjoyed all. Did a jet ski tour with Brad from Wow Marco Island Jet ski Tours. And always like the Rising Tide Explorers kayak tours.

The house was perfect for our growing family, 2 grown kids, their spouses, and our first grand baby! The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, and plenty of amenities. The house had everything we needed and is in a wonderful location. The extras, like kayaks, made the experience extra fun. There were plenty of bikes, if we would have used them, we just didn’t find the time. The fact that there were 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms made it super comfortable for 3 couples and a child. Marco Island Vacation Properties was great to work with! We would highly recommend this house and we would absolutely return!

Lovely house

Lots of sporting equipment, great outdoor furnishings, and a well stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is very nice with a dock and a view of the sun rising. The beds were very comfortable. House was immaculate when we arrived. Our only disappointment was the seating in the living room and bedrooms. The sectional in the living room is very low and uncomfortable. We used dining room chairs to watch TV. None of the occasional chairs in bedrooms were comfortable for sitting and reading. If these things are unimportant to you, this house is a great choice.

We wish we had known that in advance, as parking can be limited—especially later in the day. We had a wonderful time! We enjoyed the house it was so large and gave us so much room. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, bikes and kayaks! We saw dolphins daily and a 4 foot tarpon off the dock. Hope to come back one day! Thanks for sharing your home!

October 2020 Stay

We had a fantastic stay at 951 Ruby Court. The house took my breath away when I walked in as it was so beautiful. The canal is wide and even prettier than the pictures. There were about 8 bikes, 3 single kayaks and a ping pong table- we never got bored. I would go back again in a heart beat!

November 2021 Stay

We loved our stay at Ruby Court. We had trouble with the pool, and it is basically unheated given the timing for heater and the fact that the hot tub heater turns off pool heater. My kids only wanted to be in the hot tub because the pool never heated. We caught lots of fish off the dock and loved kayaking. Well stocked kitchen and comfy beds! We would stay again!

Lovely vacation home

Reviewer Comments: Just spent a wonderful week in Marco Island. This home fit all our needs and more. Good location, well equiped kitchen...we prepared most of our meals...plenty of space for our family of 6. Spent alot of time in the hot tub...used kayaks...3 availble...several bikes. There's a cabinet of games, table tennis, floats, beach chairs, sand toys. Probably am forgetting to add some of the available stuff. We rented a boat one day and were able to load it at the dock in the back. Property is about a mile from the public beach access at the Marriott. Had one issue and it was handled promptly by Marco Island Manangement Co. Everything was top notch...this one is good to keep on your list for return visits.

Marco Island haven

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at 951 Ruby Court was a delight. It is a lovely property in a really nice location. It was spotlessly clean and as beautiful as it looks in the photos. The bathrooms could perhaps do with updating but in all other respects the property was absolutely ideal for our requirements. We loved the pool, the hot tub, watching the dolphins and just sitting and relaxing on the dock.In fact, there is more to the property than we expected since, for example, the garage has just about everything you could possibly need to have fun in and around the area, such as beach furniture, bikes (with safety helmets), fishing equipment etc. There were also some kayaks which were for hire at an additional cost, which seemed rather strange, but that wasn't a problem since we didn't use them in any event. We did have a couple of small maintenance issues but these were dealt with promptly and with no fuss by the agent, who was very friendly, professional and helpful.There is a lot to do in the area, whether you like long beach walks, lovely restaurants, cycling, fishing, wildlife or whatever. Our personal favourites were the beach walks, where you can watch the pelicans and other birds dive for fish literally feet from you, and the cycling around the island on the quiet streets and safe cycle paths. The property is also ideally located between the Everglades to the South and upmarket Naples to the North, so whatever your interests they aren't too far away.This truly is a Marco Island haven.
