「With the mosaics on the entry floor this property was once a gem. It has not been updated and looks like it has been run down for years. This is the second time I came. After seeing the underlying bed sheets stained so badly i didn’t stay but I had little choice this time since I booked through Expedia and paid already. 「Brand new so of course it’s clean and tidy. Staff was not helpful- a woman was trapped in the elevator for over an hour before they would call 911- they wanted to wait for the tech. Hot breakfast was nice but they weren’t prepared for the volume of people at all! Convenient location - can walk to downtown Novato!」
