“We spent seven full nights at Portofino and it was truly serene. Three things stood out: 1) The staff. Our servers E and A were truly amazing. Sometimes there was a language barrier, but it was more entertaining than a negative. As a US resident visiting a foreign country I don't expect our hosts to automatically speak english and it was actually more authentic to wade through some back and forth. And it wasn't a distraction at all we enjoyed the conversation. They were always checking on……

“Older property, decent maintenance, everything works and it’s right on the beach. The rooms and beds are a bit dated but for a place to sleep for a night it worked. Not much around in this area.”

“ Very nice property in a bad area of Zihua. Pool is small and obstructed from the sun on 4 sides which didn’t work for us. Wouldn’t stay there again but only based on location and the pool.”

“La vista es muy buenaz y en cuanto a la comida estaba rica, lo unico que no ne agrado es que no tubieran las habitaciones a tiempo por una famma de internet”

“En cuestión calidad precio si están de la mano,pero siento que la capacidad del hotel es menor a la que aceptan,parecía balneario todas las albercas llenas pero muuuy llenas,las instalaciones se ve que no ha remodelado nada en muchos años,pero en limpieza están bien ,y el personal excelente atención de todos , la comida podría mejorar,pero los desayunos están ricos. ”
