“Clean room, friendly staff ”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my two-nights stay at Charlotte Hotel. The property is charming and in excellent condition. The breakfast I ate in the on-site restaurant was delicious. The location is conveniently located within walking of restaurants, cafe, pub and a community theater. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Older but clean. Breakfast was very good and fast and easy to get on the go. Pet friendly. Had a neighborhood cat that was friendly. Was there off season, staff was friendly.”

“Great little "getaway" spot. Perfect location, clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that they don't offer the breakfast bar in the off-season, but that's not a deal breaker. I'll be back soon!”

“There was a strange smell in the desk lobby. The listing doesn't explicitly say outdoor room access, which is definitely lost on the "Studio 6" name. Its Motel 6 but a different building. The towels were yeloow, which mase my son and I not want to shower. The water was stinky, the toilet bowl and shower had brown stains. There was a bug flying around our room that I had to kill. All in all, not the most comfortable stay, but when stuck to choose between this room and an active blizzard, the room……

This place was perfect for my family during the holidays; cozy, spotless, and instantly made us feel at home. The views are unreal, the neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful, and you’re so close to Chincoteague it’s a dream. Between the wildlife, great amenities, and those jaw-dropping sunsets (seriously… WOW), the vibes……
