“Le personnel de la reception sont très accueillants et prêt a aider. Je pense notamment a EMEFA a Germaine. Le problème toujours c'est le restaurant. Le restaurant a besoin d'un chef cuisinier qualifie et de servantes qualifiées et aimant leur travail. Le petit dejeuner n'offre pas de variétés. Les plats sont chers pour n'offrir aucune saveur. Bref, je reviendrai pour l'acceuil des réceptionnistes mais pas vraiment pour le personnel du restaurant”

“Nothing unique. I didn't stay at all. I was shown rooms that had leakage from the shower, flooding the toilet. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I refused to stay. I want a refund. The receptionist had her hand covered in full and responded to my questions whilst eating. Yuck!”

“The hotel staff was excellent . They were very helpful and enthusiastic. the property is located on the beach and has wonderful views , There is a free airport schedule available as well.”

“Very close to the Grand market. A little further from the beach than expected but wonderful beach view from the 4th floor restaurant.”

“This property sits next door to a community where me pass by your balcony throughout day and night. As a solo traveler I did not feel comfortable. Food was good. Transportation arranged to the airport- excellent.”

“The staff were nice, and the place was okay. The big problem I had was that they asked me to pay 2 times even though I booked my reservation via Expedia and paid in full. It looks like they don’t have a system to register the guests payment. I spent over 30 minutes going back and forth with the hotel personnel regarding the payment. After I provided them with the receipt, he settled everything. The next day when I was leaving the hotel, they asked me to pay again. Have to explain myself twice.……

“L’etat general de l’hotel est moyen moins. Les photos montrent les cjambres sous un meilleur jour que je n’ai pas trouvé d'actualité. Le rapport qualite/prix n’est pas interessant pour ma part. Point positif, le check out tardif et le receptionniste a ete patient . Le personnel est ce qui m a le plus touchée. Déception sur la chambre , le principal du sejour pour moi ”
