“A lovely little B&B. Perry was wonderful. Very friendly and cooked us a gorgeous breakfast before we left. Clean and tidy and not far from Southwell racecourse (about 7 miles). Would recommend.”

After driving around for an hour someone finally returned our call & messages and arranged to meet us. We had almost given up & were going to go home. The room was clean and spacious enough for us & our dog Rocky. Tumbleweed is a good place to stay for a few days to visit the local attractions, such as Sherwood Forest, nearby. It is a heaven for dog owners and joggers. I jogged with my dog along the Well Lane & The Avenue every morning and walked my dog on the couple of bridal ways nearby in the evening.……

“Fantastic communication from the outset. Easily found and right next door to The Mayflower public house so after a long journey there’s no further travelling to do to get an evening meal. Plenty of parking, very easy check in and an exceptional selection of produce supplied for breakfast next morning. Good heating system, great bed, powerful shower, all in all with all of the other attentions to detail a great stay, very highly recommended.”

“Emyr greeted us on arrival. Having just stayed in a couple of mobile homes this was a lovely surprise. There was nothing we were missing, from towels to washing up liquid, milk wine and some other goodies. This is very close to where my family live and at the same time in the middle of peaceful fields We enjoyed our visit very much and will return Thank you Emyr and Tracy”

“I was there for a wedding and it went without a hitch parking at venue was great right in front of front doors. My only disappointment was our room 115 from the minute we got in it just smelt of drains and as the time went on it got worse to the point it was making us feel sick. We never complained because of wedding party but as we were leaving a few more couples mentioned the smell next door to ours and across from us. I hope this is a one off because it definitely brings the tone of a……

“Yes I was late for 9.00pm check in , but the pub was supposed to be open to 10Pm which it was not. Did not answer initial messages about a refund and refused a refund after Expedia called to request one. Make you own mind up what kind of place this is. ”
