“All staff friendly and attentive. Had Bed & Breakfast stay in room with an atrium balcony which I can highly recommend in hot weather, the water features on the first floor provides more natural air conditioning. Plus the sound of the water provides a calming ambience.”

“The hotel is very dated, not very clean and not maintained very well. Stayed there because it was a Best Western, but it wasn't of the same quality of a Best Western Hotel. The elevators were reliable, front desk not very friendly. Glad I was able to store my luggage prior to checking in to another hotel nearby for the TT races.”

“We had a two night stay at the Welbeck Hotel. Whilst the decor in the room appeared dated, it was very clean and bathrooms appeared to have been recently renovated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.”

“The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is good with different options. The hotel is a little bit far from the ferry pier, it takes about 25 mins to walk there. If you have luggage, you'd better call a taxi, the taxi fare is reasonable anyway. ”

“Old style hotel. I had a great sea view. Bed comfortable and slept well. Room serviced each day. Breakfast included and was good and plenty enough. Good value for money. Lift was not working so had to lug my suitcase up to the 3rd floor.”

“Well located hotel within five minutes walk of the ferry port. An old fashioned style B and B with seemingly new owners (Opul Group). Rooms are large but maybe a little in need of a refresh. Everything clean. Breakfast included which was surprisingly excellent. Buffet style but even catered for us as vegans which was amazingly welcome. Well located for the town centre, next door to wetherspoons which can be loud on a weekend, but no huge problem.”

“Lovely hotel on the sea front. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Shops, restaurants, steam railway all within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent. The complimentary soft drinks and snacks were a nice touch. Room was adequate for a 1 night stay, lovely bathroom & comfortable bed. Would return again and recommend to others”

“The Regency Hotel is a gem. It's a traditional, clean, well maintained hotel with friendly helpful staff and excellent facilities. We completely enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again. Our room was large, clean, quiet and well equipped and we were very comfortable. Every one of the staff we saw were friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast was generous, well served and well presented. Parking was on street but we never had a problem finding a space near the hotel and this……
