“Staff was pleasant and very helpful.”

“It’s like staying in a motel. Cheap, things don’t work (hairdryer, phone, WiFi) and there’s a homeless warming center across the street so there’s a lot of foot traffic outside.”

“Clean rooms, kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast had decent options and had GF bread. There is some traffic noise because it's on the corner of 2 roads, but not too bad.”

“We loved the location and the hotel was very nice. We had dinner in the restaurant which had a good offering for any teste. In the evening we enjoyed a nice cocktail in the crows nest on the 6th floor with great views. Easy walk to downtown with many shops and places to eat. We would definitely stay there again.”

“Not what I was expecting. The pool and hot tub were good at best. Smelled horrible. I think the carpeted floor would have been more comfortable than the beds. I had to get up every 2 hours to turn the ac back on. When I came up in the morning to get my keys reactivated the lady at the front desk was snotty. Not what I needed at 7:30am after no sleep. My kids even complained about the beds and they can usually sleep on anything.”

“Oddly enough we experienced thin walls in this hotel. I dont know if it was the person's above us on 2nd floor or on the other side of us, but we couldn't help but hear every conversation. When they walked across their room, it sounded like a 400 pound person, but I'm sure it wasn't.”

“I have stayed at this hotel many times but this time there was a terrible odor and building was starting to look very dated (doors needing repair, blankets threading, etc.)”

“The room was clean but weird. It was like a conference room they put beds in. Very sterile. And the breakfast was not very good. Very sparse.”
