「Overall it was ok. Unfortunately the service lacked at times and several phonecalls had to be made in order to get any kind of service in the room. 1. EG I pre-ordered in advance some ice, glasses and mixers in advance to my room (I had an exec room). I requested that it be delivered at 6.30. At 7pm I was still chasing which wasnt great as I had invited some people over from my group for pre dinner drinks before dinner we left for dinner at 8. It eventually came at 7.15. 2. Second time I...

「Chambre propre personel qualifie mes remerciements vont vers la reception surtout.」

「It’s good location, easy to take public transportation, only external environment is a lot of dust , A hearty breakfast」

「Nice location and staff very friendly. The welcome tea and basket of water and snack was a lovely touch. Room was clean and the washroom had great water pressure with no lack of hot water. Windows in room not a tight seal so it made for a very loud and noisy night from the street traffic.」

「The pricing is reasonable and the facility is well-maintained. However, the breakfast service is significantly below expectations due to the limited selection and poor product quality; for instance, the orange juice is of a substandard synthetic nature. Please be advised that the rooms are not soundproof, and noise disturbances may occur during the night. The location remains highly favorable.」

「The staff happily arranged airport shuttles to and from the Riad, and were helpful throughout our stay. A few things to note… although the Riad lists 2 Reataurants, we were advised on arrival before midday, that the chef had left early. We were directed to some restaurants within 5 minutes easy walk and found ly one was open during our week long stay, however, there are a great selection of other restaurants in the same area, so this was in the end not a problem and offered more variety. The...

「Karima was the perfect host and we were treated so well each day. The kids loved every moment. It was perfect for our family and the location is great too. We had an early morning pick up back to the airport (2:45am!) and the night staff made sure we were packed and had a little treat to go so we wouldn't be struggling before shops opened. Every detail was so thoughtful by everyone there - thank you all!」
