We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Sin. Younis who greeted us upon arrival always made sure we were comfortable and ensured we had everything we needed. The Riad is also set up beautifully with thoughtful details in each room which made the stay all the more admirable. One thing to be mindful of: the street leading up to the Riad is one of the busiest ones we experienced during our stay in Marrakech. It’s a narrow street with food vendors and souks all operating there, all the while biker traffic and lots of buggies making their way through it as well. At times, it felt claustrophobic trying to pass through there. This was mainly during the evening hours when there’s lots of foot traffic. Once you’re through that, the Riad is located in a quiet street and Younis is a fantastic host. Highly recommended this Riad.

Excellent location

We booked Riad Sin with only a few weeks notice. When we arrived we were very impressed as it looked even better than it did in the photos. Younes was very helpful and gave great recommendations, yet respected our privacy. The room was comfortable and had everything that we needed for a short break. The location was great - we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted visit. It was only a ten minute walk from the main square, the furthest place we visited was the Jardin Majorelle (still only a 40 min walk). Breakfast was excellent and different every day, which we really appreciated! Not sure how price compares to other riads, but we felt it was great value for money. Would happily recommend or come back one day!

Riad Sin a été de loin notre meilleure expérience au Maroc. Accueil chaleureux de Youness, chambres spacieuses et décorées avec soin. Le riad est un véritable havre de paix, parfaitement situé dans la médina. Petit-déjeuner délicieux sur la terrasse, et propreté irréprochable. Un endroit incontournable à Marrakech !

Unsere Zeit in der Riad Sin war hervorragend, wir haben 8 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Das Riad ist sehr schön eingerichtet und trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig gewesen. Die Unterkunft wurde jeden Tag detailliert gereinigt, es roch immer nach Orangenblüten - das wird uns als eine schöne Marokko-Erinnerung bleiben. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, einfach und frisch, obwohl die Auswahl begrenzt war hat uns das nicht gestört: im Gegenteil, es war schön sich auf das leckere und auch mehr oder wenig traditionelle zu fokussieren (der Minztee/Atay, die Amlou und Msemen waren hervorragend!). An einem Abend haben wir auch das Abendessen probiert, dass war eines der besten Tajines, die wir je gegessen haben! Das Personal hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert, Younes und Asma waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Sogar bei Fragen über die Kultur, der Stadt, dem Essen und Reisetipps konnte Younes uns sehr behilflich sein. Sowohl bei der Hin- als auch Rückreise haben wir den Transfer genutzt und es lief alles sorgenfrei und entspannt ab. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Riad Sin nur in schöner Erinnerung und werden nie vergessen, wie lecker der Minztee bei Vogelzwitschern am Morgen oder am späten Abend bei Kerzenlicht war. Herzlichen Dank an das Riad Sin, Younes und Asma!

On ne peut que recommander : super emplacement à 10 minutes de la place Jeema el Fna, parking pratique à proximité, décoration charmante, Accueil extra de Younès, petit déjeuner délicieux, bref allez y les yeux fermés.

J'ai retrouvé avec plaisir ce joli petit riad intimiste puisque uniquement 5 chambres, impliquant un calme précieux et une sérénité intense. Le lieu est très entretenu et rénové au cours des années avec un goût certain. Accueil très chaleureux de Younès qui mettra tout en œuvre pour vous satisfaire afin de profiter au maximum de ce moment privilégié. Enthousiaste et serviable, il saura se montrer indispensable pour répondre à vos demandes. N'oublions pas Hasma, cuisinière hors pair et femme de ménage méticuleuse indispensable au fonctionnement de ce joli lieu. On aimerait mettre une très mauvaise note pour que ce spot reste confidentiel et le garder pour soi. Je reste bonne joueuse, et confirme qu'après trois séjours en ce riad, le lieu et l'équipe méritent une excellente appréciation. A tout bientôt. Muriel

Highly recommended

Small and lovely place, nice roof terrace, superb service! The only downside was that our bathroom was a bit mouldy (we had a room slightly below the street level, I imagine rooms on the first floor may not have this issue). But overall, highly recommended, we felt at home because of the excellent service.

Good location

A nice little Riad in a good location. Quite difficult to find, but walking distance to many the main square. Very friendly and serviceminded. Nice rooms and nothing really to complain about.

Per certo l aspetto migliore del Riad è Younes che lo gestisce insieme ad una donna. Accogliente, simpatico e disponibile per qualsiasi domanda, un ottimo padrone di casa nonostante la giovane età! Per quanto riguarda il Riad, avrebbe bisogno di qualche miglioria, le foto sono diverse dalla realtà ma io e la mia amica abbiamo spirito d'adattamento e ci siamo trovate bene dopotutto. La zona non è il massimo della pulizia o sicurezza ma è sufficiente non dare corda a chi tenta di attaccare bottone e si sopravvive bene. La "old city" è tutta così quindi "prendere o lasciare". Concludo dicendo che abbiamo pagato poco quindi direi che non potevamo pretendere di più. Grazie a Younes per l'ospitalità e la colazione che ci ha preparato in un'occasione :)

Muy bien ubicado. Yunes es fantástico, siempre con una sonrisa en la boca y dispuesto a ayudar. Llegamos a las 2:30 de la madrugada y allí estaba, con su sonrisa. Muy agradable también la señora, aunque difícil la comunicación con ella. El desayuno muy bueno y recién hecho. En general muy buena estancia de 4 noches. Poco que decir que no nos gustara. Totalmente recomendable.

Wonderful stay in a traditional Riad

From the moment Younes greeted us to the moment we left, our stay at the Riad Faiza was exceptional. In a quiet alley, off one of the main streets in the central Medina, this Riad was a quiet haven from the madness of Marrakech. From the mint tea on arrival, to the excellent sized comfortable rooms, to holding our bags for us on check out day (and giving us a mint tea when we came to pick them up), I can find no fault with our stay. Younes in particular was a delight, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. One note... the google maps location of this property is correct. The hotels.com one is not!

A wonderful home from home

A beautiful, peaceful haven in a vibrant, energetic city. The riad is wonderfully presented and you are made to feel at home from the moment you step through the door. Our bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The roof terrace was a lovely place to relax in the sun and the small hammam was a treat one afternoon. The star of the show is of course Younes who is a fantastic, attentive and endlessly helpful host. From the glass of tea on arrival and with each morning's delicious breakfast you are well looked after and any questions answered. Looking forward to our next visit.
