“What I love this hotel the most is the breakfast, its by order and put you feel like on vocation (I am on biz trip). The staff was very nice as well. The hotel location is perfect and nearby market place, very easy to walk around this lovely city. The only thing that need to improve is the internet connection, it was that good in my room.”

“A lovely restful stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Food was amazing and they catered wonderfully for our gluten and lactose problems. Good bar and there are two sitting rooms, one with a small billiard table in. There are two electric charging points in the car park (7KWh). The area has amazing walks, including a 1 mile walk to Hawes. ”

“We stayed at the Rose & Crown for an overnight stop, on our way back to Bristol from a weeks holiday in Scotland. The hotel has been there since 1455, lots of history, we found it to be a very cosy and quaint. Real wood fires making the snug cosy and warm. Manager and staff were lovely and friendly nothing too much trouble. Food was excellent as was the service. Our room was comfortable the four poster bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get out of it. Breakfast was good great choice. Will……
