"The Flat Iron was a great hotel experience, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself has a lot of character with Art Deco vibes throughout. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Asheville. Only downside would be lack of parking, if you bring a car you either have to valet park or pay for daily parking at a local garage."

"Great hotel, friendly staff, tried to have dinner in the main and empty restaurant for dinner and was told they didn’t have proper staffing and couldn’t be seated; ate pub meal instead in basement with children in bar past cut-off time. Otherwise, great stay, loved the breakfast basket each day, room was lovely. I’ll be back!"
